Are you interested in learning about basic flight controls, radio controls, flight choreography and drone videography?
The Flight Club is a minimum two-year commitment. Previous drone flight experience or video editing experience is strongly advised. Students will learn about drone regulations, flight controls, and flight planning with the objective to take video of Killarney students doing their thing.
We will be debuting a bit of HD drone video in our upcoming yearbook.
We are currently flying with a DJI Mini 2

Our pilots for 2022 have been selected and are beginning their ground school training.
Each year we will be accepting 4-6 new club members. Due to the training required to master flight controls, camera controls, radio protocols, video editing and of course safety protocols membership is limited to students who can commit to a regimen of training and practice.
Email our club president by June 1 to apply for the September 2022 recruit selection.
